Designed to help your business adapt and recover following the COVID-19 pandemic, each online training session will offer market insights and practical tips from other businesses and operators on a range of useful topics including product development, health and safety, pricing, market access, online marketing and promotion.

You can sign up for all four webinars, or just those most relevant to your business. Once you’ve taken part, you’ll be given access to a toolkit to help you put what you’ve learned into practice, as well as a certificate to demonstrate your attendance. Businesses attending all four webinars will also be able to access further training and networking opportunities.

  • Thursday 18 November – Markets and Products: Understanding market trends and adapting products to meet demand.
  • Thursday 25 November – Health, Safety and Security: Guidelines for COVID-safe operations and international standards for health and safety.
  • Thursday 2 December – Pricing: Pricing principles and the impact of the pandemic.
  • Thursday 9 December – Getting Ready for Business: Routes to market, Customer service and communications, online sales and marketing.
